This has to be one of the best books I have read about goal setting! It is detailed enough to cover the most salient points associated with the subject and does away with fluff that is mostly included in books on personal development and motivation.This author takes an unusual angle on the subject and gives his own life experiences as a means to explain many of the concepts taught in the chapters.
What I like about this book is that each chapter ends with:
- Summary of what you learned
- Decisions that we need to make.
My favorite chapter is the one that discusses the subject of distraction and how to handle it. The quotes I love the most are "Distracters usually have a feeling of "good" associated with them" "Discipline and Desire"
If this book were to be sold for $20 it will be worth it because the concepts shared will add 10's of 1000's to anyone that will practice them!
